This is ridiculous…. two things.
1. It seems her Yelp rating is in the toilet, and probably because people who aren’t even her patients are giving her poor ratings.
2. Forcing your clients to only say good things about the work you do it a terrible idea, and that’s why it backfired. You deserve all of this. Next time (after you change your name and open a new practice), try offering an incentive for feedback so you can bury the one or two who were unhappy.
